Dr. Sunyatta's 'Live Sweet & Spicy Kale' Recipe!

This kale recipe is just like I like my men… full of life, sweet... spicy!

Research shows of all vegetables, kale has the highest concentrations of phytonutrients. But not when we cook the greens to death - instead of eating them live.

When picking out your kale, pick the deepest colors – they have much greater vitamins and carotenoids. Dinosaur Kale - so called because of its deep, dark green richness and primordial looking - is my favorite.

Kale Prep:

3 Bunches of Dinosaur Kale

1 tbls olive oil
1/2 tsp of Celtic or Himalayan salt

The Sweet & Spicy Marinade:

3 tbls Nama Shoyu or Soy Sauce

3 scallion (green onion) thinly chopped

3 tbls Agave

juice of 1 lime (the Vit. C helps you absorb all that great iron from the kale)

1 tbls Toasted sesame oil

1 tsp Udo's Omega 3 6 9 DHA blend (will reduce inflammation in joints, lubricate skin, hair and is a wrinkle killah!)

1 tbls Black sesame seeds (white will do if you don't have black on hand)

¼ tsp. Chinese mustard powder (or wasabi)

Pinch of Cayenne to taste (that's right... pinch it)

Chop kale finely. Add olive oil and pinch of sea salt to bowl. Massage kale and leave it to sit for an hour.

Mix marinade ingredients together and then pour into Kale bowl. Toss the salad well and serve.

Let me know how this sexy recipe works for you.

Be well,

~Dr. Sunyatta

Kale is one of my more favorite greens to eat. Eating spinach and broccoli can sometimes be a real chore, but they are excellent for blood flow, sensitive teeth ( I love sweets) and for the eyes, amongst other things.

Hello Dr. Sunyatta, I was wondering what you thought about eating meat. I love meat and I tried to cleanse myself of it but I got sick. But still I love meat and I really don't want to give it up.
