Bra-less Thursday: Why women need to take better care of their breasts.

Do women really need a bra?

A study conducted by Sidney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer proved that constant bra wearing leads to breast cancer. According to the scientists, women who wore a bra 24 hours a day had a 113-fold increase in breast cancer incidence compared to women who wore bra less than 12 hours daily.

They suggest that bras exert enough pressure to the breast and surrounding areas to inhibit the flow of lymph, which then causes toxins and other waste material to remain in the breasts instead of being flushed out.

I'm sure you're thinking, but it keeps me from sagging;

Hey that's just gravity!

So how about it! Are you going to "Take it Off" today?

OK yet AGAIN on my way home I stopped off at the mail box bank outside the leasing office of my apt complex AND WHO WALKS UP BUT Ms Saggin boobs... to her belly button. This is a VISUAL I CAN LIVE WITHOUT BADBOY!!! DISCRETION.... IS NEEDED HERE. DO THIS AT HOME NOT IN PUBLIC.

Badboy you need to promote the cami with the shelf bra...HYE YOU COULD GET A CLOTHING LINE TO MAKE ONE FOR US THAT HAS A BADBOY LABEL ON IT... NOW THAT IS MY IDEA AND IF YOU DO IT ... I WANT ROYALTIES. The sports bras are ALSO COMFie. GEORGE YOU COULD HAVE THAT LINE... AGAIN IT IS MY IDEA SO DON'T FORGET TO WRITE ME A MONTHLY CHECK ON A PERCENTAGE OF ALL THE SALES. LOOK HERE... SOME OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE SALE OF THESE HEALTHY SUPPORT GARMETS COULD GO TO A MENTORING PROGRAM OR TO THE LEGAL DEFENSE FUND OR TO PUT ON MORE HEALTH CLINIC AROUND THE COUNTRY OR TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR FREE MAMMOGRAMS FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE...

Something good could come from HAVING TO LOOK AT SAGGIN BOOBS so we might as well make the best of this.

PLEASE when you are promoting Bra-lessness ALSO EDUCATE ABOUT THE CAMI AND SPORTS BRA... You do not want to go down in history for encouraging females to go out in public SAGGIN. lolol Alright, I'll stop. lol

I am a one year breast cancer survivor and i love my body. At first i was very insecure with my body, but i realized that my breast didnt make me who I am. My inner self is who makes me the person I am. God loves me, and I have someone in my life who loves me and my scar. Funny tho, i am opening up a can of worms, but just my experience in this past year, my brothers are just not that accepting........LOL waiting.

Well I think women need to take care their breast more due to complications that may occur. Just two weeks ago my breat started hurting and I let it go by for a few days and then I decided to go to the emergency room. Whe I went to the emergency room the Doctor on duty said he felt several lumpa and that I needed to see a Specialist. So the next day I made an appointment and was seen the same day. The Doctor immediately scheduled a mammogram. During the time I was waiting to go get my study I was scared and all I thought about was cancer. The following week I went to get my mammogram and before I went in I asked God to please have favor on me. The breast exam was finished and the radiologist didnt see anything so he wanted to do an ultrasound to get deeper in my breast tissues. The radiologist stated that he didnt see any kind of lumps, but what he did see was trauma to my breast. During these couple of weeks I was a mess cause several women in my family passed away from breast cancer. Women need to focus more on their bodies because our body is a temple and we need to follow up on everything. Im glad that It wasn't much of anything, but to all women take care of them breast!

I never thought it to be healthy to wear a bra while you sleep. If I didn't have to I would not wear one at all.

When the choice is for better health, it should be an easy descion to make. Besides, there are exercises that can be done to firm up the breasts to keep them from sagging if that's your main concern.

Im a breast cancer survive... I was diagnosed two weeks before my wedding;
The question should be how do women handle the rejection from not having breast after cancer; I had reconstruction (deip flap) the first time I was diagnosed, and became very ill. I was diagnosed again in the other breast a year later. I choose not to have reconstruction. I wanted to cancel the wedding when I was diagnose..I didn't think it was fair to him. He insist that we marry...(my wedding day was misable) well we moved forward because he said that is what he wanted......I truly believe it was more than he could handle....now I am here with two problems....
Does he really love my body or faking it; to make him self feel great about his good deed.
Or am I feeling bad about my body...pushing his love away ?
It is truly an ugly scare
....but what can a women do ?????????
I wear the scar of life...well it is better than the scar of death.
Please my sister's check your breast early detection is the answer.
AND women of color breast cancer is more aggressive....

LOL!! To WC2c. Right now I'm wearing a sports bra, and sometimes I go without a bra when I do my daily things; sometimes. I can't do that all the time especially at work but yes when I get home, in the car, in private, around other females, I Take-It-Off!! What a good feelin
