As a parent how would you feel if your childs father killed him and only got charged with second degree murder? This is the saddest case I have ever watched. I have 2 kids and would take a bullet for either one of them. This man should have gotten first degree murder or manslaughter. But they slapped him on the wrist and gave him 2nd degree murder. This man shot his son point blank in the head. How could this only be 2nd degree?
