This article should read bias suit made grimmer by homicide

This article doesn't mention that Mr. William B. Brock was left handed shot in the back of the right side of his head. This article also doesn't mention that there was no coroner's inquest performed. Additionally, please note that I had the alleged suicide note examined and it's been found that the note wasn't my father's handwriting and my expert is willing to prove that in court. but, I've got to get to court to prove that the handwriting is a forgery.

Please notice that, on the second page of the attached letter addressed to D.J. Frueauf in the second paragraph there is a clear threat on company letterhead sent cc'd to Dr. Carl Hahn the president of the company at the time, James Short the vice president of the company at the time, the U.S. EEOC and the U.S. Justice department. But the article says the company categorically denies threatening Mr. Brock. how does the company manage to get away with that denial, when this threat was sent cc'd to so many different people and department heads...?

On the day of Mr. Brock's alleged suicide he'd told a friend he was selling his Audi, as he'd just bought a new Porsche. This is not conducive of someone who's going to go home an shoot himself.

I'm Mr. Brock's eldest son, and I've been trying for years to have this case re-opened as a homicide investigation. The Washington Co. Police department refuses to release a copy of the police report to me. Even after I've sent them a Freedom of Information Act Request.

I've been told, they don't have to release a copy of the police report.

I've also personally been threatened as a result of trying to reopen my father's case I been told things like "I'd better leave this case alone, before what happened to your father, happens to you." Well, I'm not going to kill myself... But, since my father was murdered maybe they're referring to that...!!!

I've contacted a Washington Co. State Police detective. who'd agreed that the circumstances surrounding this case looked suspicious, based on the evidence that I presented to him, he also agreed to look into the circumstances surrounding the case. As he began to look into my father's death in Washington County Pennsylvania.

I attempted to follow-up with that state police officer from the Washington Co. Barracks. I called him several times, to no avail, I'd left numerous messages and when I realized that he wouldn't return my calls, I grew frustrated and called Col. Miller the Chief of the Pennsylvania State Police. He said that I should give him a few days to look into it.

He called back in a few days and told me that this case was outside of the Washington Co. State Police's jurisdiction. Here we are several years later and I've been trying to work with the Washington Co. District Attorney who has said, that previous detective who was working with me has retired from the force and he's going to try to get the State police involved.

I must admit. I'm confused because. The Col. told me earlier that this case was outside of their jurisdiction of the state police and the DA says he wants to get them involved now, I'm confused...

I've asked the FBI, the State Attorney's office and a host of other law enforcement agencies to help me to no avail. Please note that I do not fellowship with the wrong crowd, I'm not homicidal or suicidal I don't smoke, drink or do drugs of any kind I merely want to bring those who killed my father to justice. Please help me, pray that someone will see this blog and contact someone who isn't afraid of big business and will help me bring my father's killer to justice.



My father was the Barack Obama of his day... When pressed by his family to leave the company prior to his death, due to the numerous death threats that he had received, he said. "I can't, I've got people counting on me."
